Shop the Saturday market with Chef Aurelio, then cook what you bought together in the hotel kitchen and eat it on the terrace.
How it works
Chef Aurelio meets you at the bar at eight. You walk down to the Saturday market together, taste as you go and buy for a lunch for six.
Back in the hotel kitchen you cook it together: usually a pasta, a fish and something with the best fruit of the day. Lunch is on the terrace at one.

Swim from the jetty
Thirty-eight steps down from the garden gate to the hotel's own stone jetty, towels and a ladder waiting. The water is clear to the bottom by eight.
