How it works
We walk up the mule path behind the hotel, through the lemon terraces, to the Bellandi grove. The family has pressed oil here since 1880.
Marta Bellandi pours this year’s oil on bread and tomatoes and explains what makes a good one. In November you can join the harvest for the morning.

Swim from the jetty
Thirty-eight steps down from the garden gate to the hotel's own stone jetty, towels and a ladder waiting. The water is clear to the bottom by eight.
